Its central location was convenient to Votter's Oldtimer-Museum. Helpful staff, they were always near.

The bathroom here was so small.

The room had beautiful views and it was a great location to explore the nearby castle; there is also a nearby hotel called Hotel Gasthof Mitteregger that is worth checking out and overall, we had a lovely holiday.

Greatly enjoyed the location - 15 minutes' walk to schaufelberg. Don't miss kennidi cafe bistro, situated near to the apartment. You can use free parking.

Situated within walking distance to kaprun castle. Make sure you try the food at Gastwirtschaft Tafern, located really close to the venue. You can use free Wi Fi throughout the property. Everything here met the needs...

A part from being close from all events ,the humainity act made by the lady manager when my wife had a medical issue made me createfull and felt as if I was home even though her office was full of customers she personnaly brought the doctor ,heleped in giving the injection,brought the presciption and the medicine . The resturant was great especialy with a menue written in arabic and great staff so I would like to thank them all in addition to Booked.net for listing such a nice resort.

I would suggest the window kurtins to be thicker.

Very spacious modern appartment with full kitchen facility. High quality building and decoration. Amazing mountain view. Very helpful and friendly staff. You feel like home.

There was limited international tv channels but it was not a big problem.

the staff were really friendly and cooperative specially the manager and the reception workers. Also, the apartments are really spacious and suitable for families. futhermore, the hotel got very nice views from all the sides. they have all facilities (pool, sauna, free parking, high internet connection, fully equiped kitchen, large bathrooms & lcd tv's). plus, they gave good guidness to tourists. finally, the hotel is new and if I would come again, I would stay in the same hotel.

No air condition but the weather is nice.

Very nice appartments, the hotel was just opened and everything is very new. Kitchen has everything you might need, incl. 2 coffee machines, juice maker, toaster, dishwasher...Nice little spa has swimming pool and 3 types of sauna. From underground parking you can easily access your room.

You have to clean by yourself. The appartment was equiped with vacuum cleaner. This is smth you don't want to do during vacation :)

Luxury apartments, very- very well equipped, comfortable, beautiful.

Everything was perfect, location, hotel, apartment !!! We were really happy with the apartment as had everyhting anyone can ask, nicely decorated rooms, cosy bed and sofabed, kitchen as well as excellent internet wi-fi coverage with internal modem-router in the apartment. Excellent view from the balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee when weather allows. Kaprun is an ideal small place for skiing and nearby car exursions. We would definitely go there again. Hotel easy to find as well as in short walking distance to Kaprun center.

The apartment was never cleaned or even visited by staff to check for towels or anything else the guest might needs. Even if we knew from the time of booking that was a cleaning fee of 75 euro the apartment was never cleaned. When we ask reception the answer was that this fee was paid from us so the next guest will find the apartment cleaned. This issue can easily be more clear in terms and conditions when booking is taking place. A bit difficult access to sauna and spa center as need to walk through the underground car park.
